  1. Trickle Down has merit it just needs to be significantly expanded, not thrown out for Socialism. For example, I made Director in 2012 for first time and suddenly I got warrants and stock options for the first time in addition to an annual bonus. Even the lowest staff got bonuses at 5/10/20 percent of salary but only when you became mgmt did the options and stuff kick in. Why? Why shouldn't an entry level person also get stock options??? The "trickle" needs to be a "flow" and it needs to be wider in its application
