  3. I knew two months ago that this would be the end of Ukraine aid. Its an election year and Biden isn't going to come down hard on the border and alienate his supporters on the Left. The GOP won't cave and alienate their supporters on the Right. Meaning just what we see: nothing. That is fine with me.
