For Latinos my guess would be the Christianity part?? Latinos are generally pretty religiously conservative. For the Black men, I'd guess the economic aspect; strong economy means lots of good paying jobs. Look how many Dodge muscle cars have been sold over the past several years. That could only happen due to a strong job market.
