  1. He had to disable it over Crimea last year because Russia made no secret they were preparing to destroy the satellites. Had he allowed the service network to be used for a military purpose, KNOWINGLY, he could not later object when Russia considered the service and its infrastructure no different from a Leopard 2 tank and wiped them all out.

  6. Why would he suggest that? If Russia withdraws, Ukraine joins NATO and then US puts Aegis Ashore missiles in Donetsk, and US Navy docks warships in Crimea. That is the Death of Russia as an independent nation. Would you?
