  1. Texas did the same about a year ago. Right before COVID I was going about once a month and one of my favorites was a 19 yr old who was a "10" in every way. About a year ago I noticed I hadn't seen her in months and asked another girl and she told me the law changed---I had no idea as all my life in every State at age 18 a woman could dance. I was really bummed I didn't get more dances from the 19 yr old; had I known they were going to keep her out until age 21 I'd have gotten A LOT more private sessions with her than I did. I don't care who you are; when you are 50 yrs old and a gorgeous 19 yr old, with flawless skin, 5' 7" with perfect curves and naturals, walks by with not a stitch of clothes on, that is a significant event in your life.
