As soon as I saw him open his mouth I knew it was going to be a shitshow. Almost everybody is too far removed from this problem to really understand it but here are my two issues with this. 1) Not everybody who is homeless is addicted to drugs. 2) You can't just coping skills your way out of mental illness. This sounds like something he just made up one day and everybody nearby said "Yeah that's a good idea." Pretty sure we should have people who really know what they're doing to administrate this much needed program.
