Hiding under their desks and locking the doors? Really? That didn't work during the "duck and cover" days of the fifties either unless you were 50 km away from ground zero maybe. I have a non violent plan that would all but eliminate casualties if anybody was interested? Yes it would require (school specific) changes in legislation to fire laws, but isn't that worth it?
