  7. I was living in North Tacoma at the time and barely 18 but I remember! The crips where a big problem in that City and we were so glad these guys took the time to take out the trash!! As time went on that was the beginning of the end of those guys. I've been gone almost 30 years now I'm sure it's a liberal toilet like the rest of the West Coast now but there was a time when it felt like ours again
