  2. Wait! I love one of the last entries! Chastising his wife for negotiating with a doctor without him, of course he is right! I mean right now any one of us could fly to Germany, almost any industrialized country and get the same if not better care for so much less that it would pay for the entire trip and the several months of accommodation food et cetera et cetera and you'd probably still come out ahead..

  8. If you are one billionaire against everybody else then you should buy an island somewhere. But if you are born into it and you are sheltered in the fold then you never see the lower castes.. Then you're just sacrificing babies to molek to take away your heart so you feel detached from the suffering tied to your family's name throughout the ages..
