  1. In many conflicts and wars always were Russia funding one side and US funding another one. The us have been on the democratic side though that's why countries want to join nato.

  2. I think it's more a east thing. The terrorist weapons are all Russian, the terrorists are people from the east. Then they blame nato because its convenient for them to cause again conflict.
