I`m not defending operating an aircraft with alcohol in your system but 0.065 is not "hammered" As well commercial aircraft operate in a tightly controlled fashion and there isn't much to hit up there and there is another pilot on board. Again what he did was wrong and they have to draw a line somewhere but I doubt anyone's safety was significantly impacted by this pilots dumb decision.
