  3. Like renting you don't own anything other than a bunch of wood and a couple pontoons that depreciates overt time. Having said that, with the way rents are in Toronto this is not as crazy as it sounds at least financially. To rent something on land that is that close to downtown T.O and that much space would probably be about $4000 a month.

  4. DON'T FEED THE BIRDS!!!! Bluffers Park is swarming with geese and gulls because people feed the birds. You can't even see the grass through the bird crap. I launched my boat once and in the time it took me to park my truck and trailer I had 3 bird craps on my boat.
