  19. A belly landing should not result in departing the runway at a high rate of speed and slamming into a berm. Something else must have been wrong or those pilots were terrible. Why didn't they dump fuel and go to an airport with a longer runway? Did they touch down at the beginning of the runway? How could they misjudge so badly the distance they would need to come to a stop?
