  6. OG Moonpig , Yes... We do respect the Canadian people. You have to realize though, the Canadian Government has been taking advantage of the US on trade for decades. It’s not Canada’s fault, either. It was the US politicians that screwed us. Canada made some really good deals. Now we have a strong leader who knows business.... You definitely have bigger problems to deal with in Canada, I agree.... whether Canada gets in on this new agreement or not, it’s not the end of the world. Don’t fret about trade....your refugee problem is definitely more serious.

  7. OG Moonpig , I actually don’t agree with everything President Trump does or says. That’s all the media lies. I try to research issues on my own as much as possible. When the whole tariff thing came up, I ran across this list of tariffs that Canada charges on US products. Admittedly, I didn’t see the tariffs that we charge. Tariffs that Canada places on US goods: Cars - 25% Steel -25% Aluminum - 45% Copper - 48% HVAC equipment - 45% Vacuums - 35% Cable boxes - 35% TVs - 45%

  9. T H , That’s not entirely true. There are certain “tariffs” built into agreements to make it more fair to the smaller or disadvantage partner in a trade agreement. Otherwise there would be no need for an agreement. Both sides would trade freely.

He eventually went into hiding in the Afghanistan mountains and then snuck into Pakistani. I kind of expected a little more intelligence from our Canadian neighbors, but I guess their education system is failing too.... Secondly,....we went to Afghanistan for their oil!? 😂😂😂 I have to laugh when people say this war or that war was for oil. Apparently none of those people, including yourself, understand what kind of operation that would involve. No one could profitably undertake that kind of operation without the entire world being aware.... maybe you believe in star trek teleporters.... (Maybe do a google search about how much oil Afghanistan produces.... 😂).
