  1. Marrowbones , Actually the Military swear an oath to protect the Constitution from enemies, foreign AND domestic. So, Ken’s statement is 100% on point. If the Military won’t step in, then Civil War will come sooner or later. It’s not really a question of “IF”, it’s a question of “when”.

  2. Robert Hubbard , Actually it’s a law that was passed. Not part of the Constitution. The original 1878 Posse Comitatus Act was indeed passed with the intent of removing the Army from domestic law enforcement. So, the Military CAN act to protect the Constitution.
