  1. At least now the Supreme Court can rule on this and forever squash state courts from trying to dictate national policy. This is a good thing, in my opinion.

  2. Salty Admiral , Actually the lawyers arguing against the travel ban admitted that the executive order itself is lawful and Constitutional. These judges ruling is political. The Supreme Court will overturn their decision. When that happens State judges will never be able to get involved again. It will definitely work to President Trump and future Presidents advantage.

  5. K Col , Because once the Supreme Court rules, their decision is final. If/when they rule that any President has the right to halt immigration, for any reason, which is basically stated in the Constitution, any future obstruction will be summarily dismissed and/or ignored.
