  4. CandidateZero , Well...he maybe should have taken some business classes.... what he originally did is called “Stock manipulation” and it’s illegal. He’s not above the law, but he seems to think he is....some of you put there seem to think he should be, also....reminds me of leftist and Democrats.... the laws are for everyone else....not them....

  8. The Law , Elon broke the law (whether he meant to or not), the SEC gave him a break...gave him a slap on the wrist. Musk pisses in their face..... I’m all for them imposing the full punishment, now.

  9. CandidateZero , Well...you’re not thinking this through very rationally. If not for the SEC, our Stock market would be in shambles and thus, so would our economy and Country....so...yeah, there is that “technical issue”....🙄😳🙄 Also, Elon didn’t invent anything, to the best of my knowledge.... he took ideas that were already thought of, hired good people to work out the technical details and technicians to put it all together and work out the bugs.... Elon is just a manager. I will give him credit for taking chances and going in directions others have shied away from, but he’s no Steve Jobs or Bill Gates.

  10. CandidateZero , True on Steve Jobs. My mistake in bringing him up. However, without the SEC most of these “revolutionary products” (not just Elon Musk’s) would have never seen the light of day. You have your opinion, I have mine. No big deal. However, at the end of the day, we still have to go back to that “boring technical issue” called the law. Those who break it need to be punished. As I’ve stated, the SEC was cutting him some slack....giving him a break, but he seems to be pissing in their cornflakes, while they hold all the aces....he really needs to wake up, if he plans on continuing to be a leader at his companies.
