The fact of the matter is that those memos where created while Comey was performing his duties as the Director of the FBI, thus making the the property of the United States government. They were and are NOT Comey's personal property. The law is pretty clear on this subject.

  6. cycleforwardtime , Actually, you are wrong on both counts. Any information that he was exposed to, especially classified information is STILL the property of the government. He does NOT have the right to discuss anything that is or may be classified even as confidential. Again, the Law is very clear that ANY document that is generated BY government officials ABOUT government issues or activities are the sole property of the government. He doesn't know what these documents may be classified, because they have been illegally withheld from the government. Once the government takes possession of them, it may be determined that their classification should be confidential.

  7. cycleforwardtime , The fact that the documents were never entered into the governmental archives would prevent the President invoking his executive privilege. How would he do so, without having seen them? It all comes back to Comey's illegally removing them and never allowing them to be entered into official government records....
