  2. Hector Morales , In the "eyes of the law" it's the exact same thing. No distinction between "special council " and "special prosecutor ". It's a media narrative to "smooth over" the narrative . Look it up. Everyone who is not doing their own research at this point is a fool. ALL MSM is out of control and needs to be brought under control to at LEAST tell the truth!!!
