  2. Charles Taylor , You are confusing “Socialism” and “social programs”. They are completely separate. Look up the definition of both. In a nutshell, “Socialism” is the Government control of private industry. “Social programs” are programs that benefit the community. Fire fighters, police, military, ... ect are NOT Socialism policies. I keep seeing this argument over and over and have to laugh, because people don’t seem to understand the actual definition of “Socialism”...

  3. Charles Taylor, I agree 100% with what you are saying. I can't think of 1 program that could be called "Socialist", except for Social Security. I agree it never should have been started and will eventually fail in a big way.
