  3. The Shazzy Show , Stalking, including cyber stalking, is still illegal. However, when a person is in public, ANYONE has the right to photograph or video record anyone else in public. That’s protected by the 1st Amendment. No one has ANY privacy rights while they are in public. As far as companies tracking purchases and other data collection activities, their “terms of service” state that they do these things and people agree to their terms of service.

  5. The Shazzy Show , I’m not defending “surveillance”, per say, however the “public” of 100 years ago is the SAME “public” of today! LMAO ANYPLACE that is open to the public, IS by definition a public area. Parks, train stations, sidewalks, ect are and have ALWAYS been public areas! Inside a house, apartment, privately owned building or club is NOT part of the public. I’m not really sure if you are just trying to be disingenuous or you really don’t seem to be able to grasp the concept of the definition of these two simple English words.....

  6. The Shazzy Show , If you’re just looking for a cause to be against, why not pick one like our Government spying on every Citizen of the United States with their Meta Data program!? They record every phone call, text message and email EVERY Citizen makes and they openly admit to it (after Snowden proved it was happening). That’s directly against the Constitution, yet they AND all of our politicians (Democrats and Republicans) allow it! But pushing for privacy in public areas is a lost cause. It’s never going to happen.
