@benjamincretsinger1198 , “IF” she truly believes in upholding the laws, as they are written, then she would have answered that she would NOT let criminals walk for any reason, if they are deemed guilty. Otherwise, my original comment stands. She won’t answer the question, because she is under oath and doesn’t want lying under oath to be used against her in the future.

Yes, we actually have like a 5 tier justice system. 1.) justice system for Republicans/ right 2.) justice system for Democrats/left 3.) justice system for the poor 4.) justice system for the rich And now 5.) justice system for social justice? Why would you support ANYONE, especially a judge who practices multiple tier justice? That’s lunacy.

@benjamincretsinger1198 , Stealing is stealing. The law should (is supposed to ) be applied equally, no matter the excuse. Just like our Southern Border. People coming here illegally (it is against our current laws to enter the Country without permission or due process) are criminals. WHY they did it is irrelevant. Killing someone is illegal. Using lethal force to defend yourself, your property and innocence bystanders is LEGAL in most States. Huge difference between the two.

@krisniznik3953 , His question verbatim = “Do you believe an illegal act should be forgiven in the name of social justice ?” How is that a trick question!?😂 It’s pretty straightforward and the fact she will not answer tells me that she DOES believe that someone committing a criminal act should be forgiven and not be punished in the name of “social justice”. Otherwise, she would have proudly stated that she believes a criminal act should be punished equally to all people. THAT is the just and proper answer. Otherwise you admit that there is a two tier justice system in this Country.

This has absolutely NOTHING to do with bias!!!! It has everything to do with if this Judge would follow the law and if she would treat EVERYONE equal under the law ( justice is supposed to be blind). Period.
