  1. joseph colling , Nixon wasn’t impeached. He resigned before they could impeach him. Bill Clinton is the only one who was actually impeached. Also, Nixon wasn’t in trouble for firing Archibald Cox (the special counsel), he was in trouble for covering up information. Any President has the legal right to fire ANYONE he has authority over for ANY reason. That is how our Constitution is written.
