Max Mustermann , “IF” President Trump is guilty of campaign finance violations (which I don’t think he is), then he can pay a fine like Obama did in 2008 when he paid over $300,000 fine for campaign finance violations. Same crime, same punishment. I don’t think this is a campaign finance violation, though.

  12. Jared LW85 , The powers granted to a sitting President by the Constitution, precludes him from being indicted. This has been argued for 70 years or more. He literally has the power to pardon himself. A sitting President would have to be impeached, then indicted. You can argue all you want, neither are going to happen.
