  1. Then Trump can make any laws he wants, without Congress being involved. That’s what happened with DACA. Obama made his own law without Congress.

For all you morons who can’t figure out what is going on: Obama initiated and implemented DACA, a major change to our immigration laws, without the approval of Congress (the legislative branch in our Government that is responsible for making or changing laws). The Supreme Court has now ruled, against the Constitution, that Obama’s making his own change to our immigration laws without Congress is OK. That sets a “precedent” (will be used as a legal justification) that will allow President Trump to do the same as Obama did.
