The officer was tried and two separate juries couldn’t reach a verdict and the prosecutor dropped the charges on the third trial. Did I summarize that article acutely?

  23. Mati , I’ve been pulled over many times (I’m part Hispanic, Native American and European, but I look white for the most part). I’ve been pulled over MANY times (I like to drive fast. Lol) AND I’ve been asked to get out of the car a few times. I think the difference is that I comply with whatever the officer tells me to do. If he says get out and get on the ground (it’s happened to me a few times), I do so immediately! I don’t argue, I don’t ask questions, I comply! Once an officer makes up his mind to arrest you, you’re not going to bullshit him into letting you go. I’ve never understood the stupidity of people who think otherwise. You can beat it in court, IF you comply and do what the officer tells you to do.

The judge ruled there was zero evidence for the charges brought against the officer and it was a Chicago judge...the most liberal judges in the country, besides California. Just because you don’t like a ruling, doesn’t make it racist. Still no evidence of an unjustified killing without a prosecution....
