Emps Help, True that the Islamic terrorist do not help matters, but any westerner who actually studies the Koran, Sunna and Hadith will see for themselves that Islam is NOT a religion of tolerance, to put it nicely. Islam simply will never be able to coexist in the same nation as Christians (probably any other religion). Unless Muslims would settle for assimilating into a non-Muslim nation (living by their laws and respecting that nation's traditions), then it would never work. Let's take one of the nations in Europe, as an example. The general population of Muslims are demanding that those nations follow Muslim laws and traditions. That is not how immigration works.

  4. Emps Help, The Torah is basically the first 5 books of the Bible. It has very little relevance to modern Christianity, in my opinion, since modern Christianity is based entirely in the New Testament. My answer to you is, I find the Sunna and Hadith very troubling in it's teachings, however the Koran is probably has the most references for Muslims to commit violence against non-Muslims. Just my opinion.

  5. American Gothic , Lol. Any "Jew" that believes Jesus is the messiah/Christ is a Christian in his religious beliefs. I am talking about religion,not about "Jews" as a people. Yes, the Old Testament is still part of the Bible and is a chronological "history " of western religion, however Christians are no longer held to the laws and traditions of the Old Testament. Thus the reason you do not see Christians making animal sacrifices to God, among other traditions from the Old Testament. Many things are restated in the New Testament such as the 10 commandments, but Christians are not obligated to follow anything from the Old Testament that isn't restated in the New Testament. As far as the writers of the New Testament, they became Christians, once they accepted Jesus as the Christ/Messiah.

  6. Emps Help, Lmao. The Quran has over 100 passages that tell followers to comit violent acts against non-Muslims. You're not bullshiting anyone here. I won't even go into passages from the Sunna. Islam is a very violent and perverted "religion" /cult.

  8. American Gothic , I still stand by that statement. Christians believe that Jesus WAS and IS God. They believe that Jesus was God in human form. God, The Son and the Holy Ghost are 1 and the same. Again, Jesus is NOT the Jewish Messiah. They believe that Christ (the true Messiah) is yet to come. That is what separates the two religions,for the most part. Christians believe that Jesus was the "sacrificial lamb" and that by believing in him, all sins are washed away. Jews do not believe their sins are washed away. They still wait for the true Messiah. IF you find any Jew that believes that Jesus was/is the Messiah, then they are Jew by birth and not belief. ANYONE who believes that Jesus is the son of God and that he died on the cross to wash away their sins, IS a Christian. It really is that simple. (Except Catholics....that is a another "can of worms", so to speak that we should not get into. Lol)

  9. American Gothic , Wrong. The Jewish religion of Judaism is completely separate from Christianity. Their base beliefs originated in the same beliefs, however Jews do not believe that Jesus was the "Christ" spoke of in the Old Testament. Therefore Jews believe that Jesus is a possible prophet, but not the "messiah". Furthermore, the term "testament " in that period of history meant "agreement". Therefore the "New Testament " is the new agreement with the Christian God. An overwhelming majority of Christians believe that the New Testament overrides any laws from the Old Testament.

  11. Emps Help, Lol. Turkey is a predominantly Muslim country and has never had a "Western culture". You admit Islam is not a religion of tolerance and that there is a reason for that explained in the Koran. Care to explain, because I saw no justification for the violence that it encourages against non-Muslims.
