  3. Mauricio Merida , In any case that may involve jail time, an attorney is appointed to a defendant, if they cannot afford one.

  4. elfpimp1 , I agree. Pot is a lot less destructive to a person's body and to society in general, I think, however the laws must be upheld. Any laws that people don't like can be changed, but we can't start picking which ones will be enforced and which ones will not. That just leads to anarchy.
