  2. Alan Clarke , The Constitution is very clear. “the House” NOT “the Speaker of the House” is responsible for Impeachment. By “House”, the Constitution is referring to the “majority of the House”, which we cannot know without a vote.

  6. force11111111 , I’m saying that they need to have a vote. Then investigate, like it’s always been and the Constitution mandates. Afterwards, they can vote to impeach or not. I really could care less what the House does, as long as they do it the proper and Constitutional way that it’s been done in ALL previous instances.

Furthermore, there needs to be a majority OF the House to take on something of this nature, according to the Constitution. To know what the majority want, a vote must be taken. His campaign is raising record amounts of money. He is out performing ALL of the Democrats.
