  4. J F , Then watch what happens. “IF” the Democrats thought they had enough to impeach, they would take a vote. The fact is that they do not and they know it. Otherwise, what the Democrats are doing is called a “fishing expedition” ie a witch hunt. The Judiciary is NOT going to side with the Democrats.

  5. Elkslayer , Think of it this way (the courts will). Never before has there been an “impeachment inquiry” performed without first having a full vote. Without a full vote first, it’s like having a trial where ONLY the prosecution has the ability to call witnesses. It’s unfair and unAmerican (just like the Democrats “Guilty until proven innocent” policy). The Supreme Court will never side with the Democrats on this issue. 104 comments on this thread. I’m done.
