  5. cg bh, As long as it is done the right way, the legal way, then anything can be achieved. However, breaking existing laws is never the right way. IF you want illegal immigrants to flood into our country without going through the requirements, then write to yoir congressional representative and have him auther a bill. IF it is voted into law, then there you go. In the mean time ALL illegal immigrants should be deported.

  7. cg bh, I guess it doesn't matter. Totally ignoring the fact that our nations laws are being broken, cause who needs laws, right? let's think about this for a minute. The only time a farmer needs workers is in the harvest season, for the most part. How long is the harvest season? 1 month... 2 months? what are the illegal immigrants doing for money the rest of the year? I'm going to take a wild guess (not really) and say they are on welfare. Since these companies are paying under the table, these immigrants are on welfare 365 days a year. Furthermore, the companies are not reporting them as workers (breaking more laws) and are paying the required government fees for workers (unemployment taxes, workmen comp. ect. just to name couple). This gives the company an unfair advantage over the farmers who are obeying the law.... so basically your argument is all farmers should break the law and hire illegal immigrants... who by definition are criminals and screw all the farmers who are doing the right thing... THAT is not the American way... It may fly in Mexico, but NOT here.
