  7. Tracy Goad , What the Democrats are trying to do is Unconstitutional, without a vote. The Constitution says “the House” shall be responsible for Impeachment Inquiry, NOT the “Speaker of the House”. Furthermore, by “the House” we can safely state that the Constitution is describing a “majority of the House members”, which we cannot know without a vote.

  8. Jeremy Backup , Wrong. Show me in the Constitution that says it’s up to the Speaker of the House to decide. It’s not there. Again, the Constitution is VERY clear that it is “the House” that decides to proceed with an Impeachment Inquiry. NOT one person, but the WHOLE HOUSE or at least the majority. Without a vote, we cannot know, for a fact, what the MAJORITY want. As to your other misconceived idea that it doesn’t change anything is 100% false. It changes EVERYTHING. Right now only Democrats have the ability to call and question witnesses, which is very abusive and basically totalitarianism. “IF” you want an Impeachment Inquiry, let’s make it fair and hold a vote, otherwise it just looks like the witch hunt and harassment that it is.
