  2. Sean Blankenship , What the Democrats are trying to do is Unconstitutional, without a vote. The Constitution says “the House” shall be responsible for Impeachment Inquiry, NOT the “Speaker of the House”. Furthermore, by “the House” we can safely state that the Constitution is describing a “majority of the House members”, which we cannot know without a vote.

  3. GTOHawg , Ok, soy boy. I’ll explain how our Government works, since you don’t have a clue. The House is responsible for starting the Impeachment process. They do this by holding a vote. “IF” the majority vote in favor of an Impeachment Inquiry (like has been done every single time in the past), then an investigation is started where witnesses are called and questioned by both sides. Then, they vote on actual impeachment. “IF”, they vote to Impeach, it goes to the Senate where an actual trial is held. The head justice of the Supreme Court rules over the trial and evidence is heard and evaluated. Then the Senate votes. “IF” the Senate votes to impeach, then a President is removed from office. “IF” the Senate votes not to impeach, a President is NOT removed from office. Bill Clinton was not Impeached by the Senate and thus was not removed from office. There is your education for today. I’m sorry I used such big words, but you can google them to learn their definitions. You are welcome.

  4. R02Khiems , No I’m not wrong. The Constitution says “The House” has the authority to start the Impeachment process. It doesn’t say “the speaker of the House”. “The House”, meaning the members of the House or the majority of the House members. No one can say what the will of the majority of the House is, without a vote. That’s just basic logic and common sense.
