  5. James Ajayi , Claiming executive privilege is Constitutional and has even been supported by the Supreme Court. To call it a crime is ignorant. Obama claimed executive privilege 140 times, in his first term alone, to block testimony. Look it up. I have, that’s why I know. If the Democrats thought they could force the testimony, they would have waited for the Courts to decide. They didn’t even submit their case to the Courts because they knew they would lose. Please educate yourself on how our Government works and mainly what the Constitution actually says. Sigh

  7. Executive Decision , Why would executive privilege be nullified by an Impeachment? There is nothing in the Constitution that ever nullifies any Executive Branch privilege. Explain your statement, if you can. And no, “CNN say so” is not an explanation.
