There cannot be an “National ban” or ANY legislation about abortion at the Federal level. The Supreme Court has correctly ruled that it is up to each State to decide. THAT cannot be overturned by the Legislature or Executive branch. PERIOD

@jonathannelson103 , Only amending the Constitution would it be possible, just like banning guns, …etc. My point is all of this talk about those 2 subjects is nonsense. Any law that is passed will be struck down as Unconstitutional. These politicians know this. They just want to give the people in favor of these issues a false hope. They are using them as election promises to get elected, knowing that it won’t happen.
