  1. If you are “peaceably” assembled, it is protected under the Constitution. If you are not being “peaceable”, then you are breaking the law. It’s really that simple….🙄

  2.  @nightraven129  ,If you are not “peaceable” on private property, you CAN be arrested for a multitude of offenses. Being on “private property” doesn’t allow you to break ANY laws, Sweetheart. 😂😂😂
