  1. Trial in NY 1.) Trump is not being charged with criminal fraud (wonder why….). 2.) The “Judge” in this case has done his own assessment of the value (never before done). 3.) This is a civil trial brought by the State, which is HIGHLY unusual. 4.) There are no victims in this trial (another highly unusual circumstance). 5.) The loan has been paid back in full and the bank has even testified that there was nothing unusual about the loan. 6.) This case could have been brought 3 years ago, but is only being brought now, near an election. Looking at all of the facts, nothing seems suspicious or political (dripping sarcasm).🙄
