  1. If anyone wants to explore the morality of this conflict, one should consider “intent” of actions taken. The Palestinians, even under PLO leadership, always targeted civilians, mainly women and children. Their attacks come without warning and often involve the direct targeting of innocents. Israel does the exact opposite.
