  2. “IF” it’s so common as the trolls state, try to find a courtroom video of such actions of a clerk passing notes to the Judge DURING the trial proceedings. No videos exist. 🙄

  3. @@darkstar133 , Lmfao. Everyone knows what a clerk does and what their duties should be. 🙄 Never have. Seen a clerk passing NOTES (not evidence, not case files, but personal hand written notes) to a judge DURING court proceedings. I have repeatedly stated that same thing. Not sure why you are trying to dance around the issue, however, I’ll just say…. Have a nice day.

  4. @@darkstar133 , I never said it was a crime. Reread my original statement. A clerk passing notes to a judge during court proceedings is HIGHLY unusual. It’s rare. It’s almost never seen or heard of…. Not sure how many ways I can say the same thing… Furthermore, If a judge needs help from someone who is not a lawyer and more than likely has no law degree, then that judge probably shouldn’t be a judge, honestly.
