@Dan-sc7us , Has nothing to do with “speech”. These people (all 3 of them) broke the rules that they agreed to and now they are out, BECAUSE they broke the rules! As far as “insurrection”, this case is pretty much the same as Jan, 6, where police ushered people into the Capitol (plenty of video showing it being done). Why is 1 and insurrection and this case not?

@Dan-sc7us , “J6ers” were charged with “disrupting an official proceeding” and trespassing. Some are being held with out bond and without seeing a judge 2 years after the incident. How about we do the same for the Tennessee “insurrectionists”. Why is this different?

@persebra , Not sure where your numbers are coming from, but I will say again…. 95% of the J6ers were let into the Capital and just walked around inside. They didn’t assault police (like some did in the Tennessee Capital) and didn’t damage or disrupt anything. They even left, when asked. So…again…why aren’t the Tennessee protesters being charged with felony trespassing and felony disruption of a government proceeding and being held, without bond or seeing a Judge (which is a civil rights violation) like the J6 protesters are being treated?
