@JesusSaysMAGAtrashMAGAfilth , Yes. It literally DOES work that way. Declassification doesn’t have to go through ANY committee and even Congress nor the Supreme Court has the authority to override a President’s declaration authority. According to the Constitution and current law.

@sandman7757 , Basically the Judge said that ANY President can take any documents, including classified documents, and assert that they are his personal property. Also, that there is NO one, not even Congress or the Supreme Court that can dispute the fact.

Look up the lawsuits against Bill Clinton on the documents and information he took when leaving office. The Federal Judge’s written decision on the matter will educate you more than anyone in the comments section. Spoiler alert…. You’re not going to like what the law and Judge says….😂😂😂

It’s YOU that doesn’t understand the Law or the Constitution, especially the separation of power (there are only 3 governing authorities and NONE of those powers have anything to do with unelected bureaucrats having ANY power….
