  1. The only “moocher” States are those who get the S.A.L.T. tax break! SALT doesn’t benefit ALL 50 States, so why should the taxpayers of ALL 50 States pay people that live in States that overtax their residents!!!! NJ and NY are just a few of the “moocher states”.
