Biden started by blaming Trump for the high gas prices (nobody believed him), then inflation (which he caused), then Putin (which it was pointed out it started before Putin invaded Ukraine) and now it’s the oil companies fault (even though his policies hurt and hampered oil companies from his first day in office)….🙄
