  3.  @MikeW165  , Mainly because the Supreme Court has ruled that any “abortion” decisions are up to the States to decide, as the Constitution outlines limits for the Federal Government. But let’s play YOUR game. Say Congress passes legislation for all 50 States on rules of abortion. It will be contested and where do laws that get contested end up? Do you know? 😂
