  4. NONE of the charges against him would bar him from the Presidency, if convicted. NONE of the charges against him deal with “rebellion”, “sedition” or “treason”. He is not being charged for any of those crimes. 🙄

  6. No… read the 14th amendment and then look at ALL charges against him in ALL of the cases…. He isn’t being charge with any crime listed in the 14th amendment.

  7.  @Dan-sc7us  , No…. NONE of them do. Wait and watch. Maybe one day you will see that CNN constantly lies to you, but maybe you won’t…. Lots of unhinged mental cases these days. Thank God for the 2nd amendment so normal people can protect ourselves.
