  1.  @chavezpower6727 , I 100% disagree. The victim (the one that was assaulted) had every right to defend his own life. Is someone is so unhinged that they attack an unsuspecting person unprovoked, the attacker is capable of ANYTHING! IF convicted, it will easily be overturned on appeal.
