I will sum this phenomenon up in the simplest terms possible. A woman would rather share a ride in a Rolls Royce than have her own Kia. And as long as this is the case, there's going to be a lot of cars not driven.

@anitago a man doesn't have to if he doesn't want to. He chooses to, and its foolish. He can rent it cheaper and less stress. Any man in this modern society trying to prove his worth to a woman is a fool and deserves to be used.

@goodtimeholzyg4310 but enforced monogamy is fake. As rotten as society and people are overall, its good to finally see it for how it is and always was. If the only reason someone is with someone is due to enforced laws, its many things but it's definitely not love. Just accept reality for what it is and don't get attached to expectations or you'll be sadly disappointed.

@anitago yes, typically gold diggers. If you have your own resources quit searching for the resources of others. You see, you're incapable of love. You love opportunistically. Men marry women all the time who don't have resources, rarely do women do that with men. So please don't tell me about mens capabilities for love. Would women give up their seats on the titanic? Plenty of men did.

@anitago your diversion tactics are noted. The fact is women lack the capacity to love the same as men. Any man that gets with you will not have love, just more fingers in his wallet. At least do it the honest way. No sane man would tolerate you.

@omniamericana2172 very well said! Many men have no identity outside of a womans approval/perception of them. They can say they do x,y,z for self improvement, but rest assured there would be no career striving or gym visits if suddenly every woman was abducted by aliens. Instead of being honest they try to either act as if women's approval is a byproduct versus an intent. Or they act like that's the way it should be. Instead of finding true value in themselves and not concerned whether women or society in general approves of them. Women's manipulation tactics will always work so long as men in general allow their egos to rule them.

@omniamericana2172 Amen! Tom Brady, Channing Tatum, Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt etc. So many top 5 % men get dumped , divorced and disrespected it's no different than the average joe. So let them work as hard as they want to, to achieve rejection same as everyone else. Until they learn it's a silly game they'll always be prone to manipulation. When women hear ' alpha ' they just grin and think this will be fun duping this guy. Women use a mans ego in two ways, against him and to her benefit.

@hirokomlm131 totally agree, without the incentive of a loyal relationship, most men will choose to live simpler lives and careers. And drop out altogether, which is already occurring. This will deplete the tax revenue overtime and eventually collapse infrastructure and society at large.
