  2.  @Jeniffer61867  he meant that inaction ( not having sex without being selective, ie. any opportunity or bad choice) will help increase her value in the eyes of a future partner because she's made her sex a scarcity, versus an easy acquisition. You've heard people say " she's cheap"? It means she gives her body ( sex) away easily. So the value isn't as high, as a woman who is more selective, which is why female virginity is considered worth more than Male virginity. Male virginity requires no restraint in most cases , female virginity does.
