  1. The key is just refusal. They issue a fine don't pay it. They want to arrest hope they plan on a life sentence because as long as a person refuses these tyrants have no power. If the want to murder the disobedient then they'll have to be direct. This stuff of banning, fining, mandating stops when we quit bending over. We outnumber them, their only power is fear if we allow it. Doing the right thing means , not considering consequences. Ignore all morally wrong mandates, laws, threats, etc. Segregation once was law, but it was morally wrong. And this current attempt at segregation is just as morally wrong. Theres not one ounce of science behind these rules they're trying to force, and since this is the case that means the reasons are not good, and must be refused and defied.

  2.  @l.4723  yes and it was because the warning signs were not taken as seriously as should have. And also the citizens had no 2nd amendment, so no way of even fighting back necessarily. Though there were resistance groups. During WW2, America rounded up Japanese and put them in internment camps as well. So it has happened here before and can happen again in the blink of an eye. Outnumbering some person or group means nothing if the larger masses comply.
