  1. Have Compassion for yourself that you did The Best You Could. I know that is true for me. What makes me suffer the most is that I didn't succeed in stopping the abuse of someone I loved. That pain has caused me more Suffering than any abuse I myself have endured.We are talking about the Evil of Narcissism. This Evil is pervasive and hidden in our society and causes an Overwhelming amount of human suffering, despair, and Destruction. We must eliminate Narcissism. I believe this is a Genetic Disorder, a Genetic Mutation, Not the result of "Nurture" but of "Nature" as in biology.

  4. It's all A Scam. For $$$. They have been proven not to work. Period. IT IS the Cortisol. It's HPA DYSREGULATION, DUE TO STRESS, MOSTLY FROM ABUSE. I FIGURED THAT OUT IN RETROSPECT.
